Scrunchies are Coming: Styling Tips

The Lavish Lemon is taking it back to the 80's and is announcing the launch of scrunchies! Scrunchies were hot accessories in the 80’s and have since made a huge comeback.

The Lavish Lemon made a huge decision to create something that would be affordable for you while keeping you stylish and trendy. Scrunchies were something I have always loved myself. Which is when I decided that I wanted to create my own line of scrunchies!

The scrunchies I have created have many benefits compared to the cotton hair-tie scrunchies. Scrunchies will be available for pre-sale on September 30.

As I shared before The Lavish Lemon scrunchies are unlike any other scrunchies! I made these to benefit us and our hair. The fabrics of this line will be very delicate on your hair which limits the pulling and damaging of hair. The elastic used is great quality and meant to hold well without pulling your hair. When I say these scrunchies hold, they truly do. I tested one out on myself and it was ten times better than my favorite hair tie. I made sure to triple-stitch the band so we can ensure the elastic stays in place and is long lasting.

Styling Tips for Scrunchies

Now the trick is styling the scrunchies. Here are 5 of my favorite styles:

• Space Buns are a cute and innocent look to top off with two small scrunchies!

• Top Knots are so easy and simple! You can dress a top knot up or down for the perfect look.

• Half-Up and half down in the perfect way to make your look fun. It makes less than 5 minutes to do.

• Low Bun is a super professional way to wear a scrunchie.

• Pineapple is also known as a ponytail at the very top of your head. Perfect way to add a scrunchie to be seen from the back of the "pineapple"
