Taking clothes from sour to sweet is my specialty and I want to share it with all of you. This is how the Lavish Lemon was created!

From sour to sweet
Let’s take our items from #sourtosweet. The Lavish Lemon is focused on teaching you the very basics of transforming your thrift finds, closet-build up, and hand-me-downs. From distressed jeans to fixing your ripped pants, we will cover all of the savvy tricks to simply your closet.
The Lavish Lemon is staying with the times and has also created fun stickers and scrunchies. I want you to feel that these items are the icing on top for your outfits, Hydro Flask’s, and more. These will be located on Instagram for purchase.
I created The Lavish Lemon for all of us. Sewing and transforming my clothing has been something I have done since I was extremely young. I would watch my grandma and aunt sew up ripped blankets and hem the jeans of everyone in the family.

I learned how to sew from watching others and aspired to be a fashion designer for the longest time. I realized, that was not my audience. I wanted to talk to the people that understood my struggles, so The Lavish Lemon was created from taking thrifted clothing from sour to sweet.
The Reason Why
Growing up, we did not have much money to constantly buy new clothing when things would rip or any brand-new clothing in general. Thrifting was our thing and we always found the best things with strategies. After the thrift store, I would intentionally buy things I could destroy. I wanted to rip my jeans and it was justifiable because they were only a couple of dollars. I wanted to cut my t-shirts and feel amazing because I did it myself.

I do this for us!
The Lavish Lemon was created to teach and create as a team! I want you to learn how to create amazing clothing projects and be able to say “I did this myself!” The Lavish Lemon is always open to any questions that you may have about #thrifting, transforming, or styling. To stay updated on all of the latest finds and tricks, subscribe to my blog and ask lots of questions.
