Sometimes we go into thrifting with no idea what we are doing, we have all been there. We walk into the discount store thinking, "I just want to find some great deals." Well, I'm here to tell you from one savvy friend to another, that is not the most productive strategy,

I want to share my tips on how to make your thrifting the best experience so that you can find the best sweets out of all the sour.

Tip #1

Go in with specifics in mind. Are you looking for a sweater? What about pants? Maybe you're looking for a great t-shirt to distress. These are things to consider when looking for something great.

Tip#2

Bring cash. This is so important because some thrift stores do not accept card. Cash is a reliable source of payment as it is right there at all times.

Tip#3

Dress comfortably and I cannot stress this enough. Tight clothing can really take a toll on your thrifting trips. This will make you exhausted and more likely to just want to head back home. You might miss out on some good finds if that is the case.

Tip#4

Inspect the clothes before you buy them. This is for obvious reasons as the clothing is used. Make sure your checking for any stains, holes, and gum wrappers. In some cases you may be able to use the holes to your advantage when DIYing.

Remember to always head to the thrift store with these tips in mind to create a better experience overall. Bring your stylish taste along with you
